Finding Your Center in the Chaos

I don't know about you, but lately, my life has been filled with chaos. Between losing a job I loved due to lack of funding and all the other upsets in the world today, it’s been easy for me to feel like this storm is a reflection of who I am. But today, I realized something powerful: the chaos isn’t me. It’s something I’ve picked up from the world around me.

It’s like a canvas that’s been splattered with paint—chaotic, messy, and overwhelming—but beneath it, the true image is still there, waiting to be revealed. The noise and distractions of the world aren’t my truth. They’re just the result of external pressures that try to define me. My true nature is the clarity beneath it all, the light that can’t be covered up.

The resistance I feel is not my essence. I can still dream, paint, and create, just like I once did when I was in a situation that allowed me to feel free and expansive. And the pain I experience is simply a reaction to the chaos, not the truth of who I am.
