STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE

Please respect my creative work and read the LICENSING POLICIES below.

 

When you purchase or receive downloadable artwork for printing by Eris Klein, you agree to the following:
 

• That the item will only be used for Personal Use or Non-Profit purposes, where no money is made.
   

• No monetary gain or profit will be made from the item ever.
   

• The item is a for single person use and will not be shared with others to use.
   

• When sending the item to outside printers or other people you will have:    
  - Altered or added to the item in someway, so that it does not stand alone    
  - Flattened or saved your computer files in a non-editable format, such as a jpg or non-editable PDF (to prevent stealing)
   

• Item is limited to 1,00 prints.
   

• Standard License grants you the right to use this artwork for your PERSONAL USE only and is NOT an agreement of ownership. All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Eris Klein Designs and the artist Eris Klein.
   

• All images © Eris Klein. All rights reserved.
   

• Eris Klein reserves the right to make reasonable updates to this contract if necessary and will post the updates to her website. If the buyer conflicts with the update, she/he will be informed of the update at that time and first be given an opportunity to comply without being charged.
   

• "Item" refers to any printable art, stock art, or digital papers created by Eris Klein.
