Terms of Agreement 🌿

By enrolling in any class created by Eris Klein, you agree to the terms below.

1) Classes

These classes are self‑paced; however, they are not a guarantee of lifetime access. If it becomes necessary to retire or close the classes, we will provide at least 2 months’ notice (and hopefully more). This gives ample time to finish your lessons.

We are not responsible if our notifications bounce, fail to deliver, or land in your spam folder. Please ensure you are subscribed and that your email settings allow messages from us.

a) Paid Stand‑Alone Classes

For as long as our class platform is active, you may watch the videos as many times as you wish. To protect the integrity of the content and the work that went into creating it, videos are not downloadable.

b) Free Classes

Free classes may be available only for a limited time, at the discretion of the creator. They are generally offered as a gift or promotion in exchange for subscribing to the site.

c) Membership Classes

Access to membership classes is tied to an active paid subscription. When a membership is canceled, access to all classes and class content ends immediately.

2) Student Assets

Handouts, images, worksheets, digital brushes, color palettes, and other student resources are for personal use only. They may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

You may use the brushes in your personal or professional artwork under these conditions:

a) You do not share, copy, recreate, or resell the brushes or similar brush sets.

b) Your artwork must combine multiple brushes and elements into an original composition that does not allow others to extract or copy the individual brush shapes.

3) Payment Privacy

We use reputable payment gateways such as PayPal, SquareSpace, and Stripe, all of which employ strict safeguards for your financial information. We never see your credit card number — only the secure payment processor does. We never share your contact information except when necessary to resolve an issue with your order.

4) Email Privacy

Your email address will never be shared. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time, but doing so means you may no longer receive updates about classes, changes, or announcements.

5) Safety & Liability

By participating in these classes, you agree that you are responsible for your own safety when using art tools, materials, or equipment.

This includes (but is not limited to): – craft knives, scissors, cutting tools – adhesives, solvents, paints – digital equipment or software – any physical or digital materials used during the class

You agree to use all tools responsibly and follow basic safety precautions. Eris Klein, her business, and her website cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while you are creating artwork or following class instructions.

All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

6) No Guarantees

These classes are for educational and creative enrichment. While I strive to offer clear guidance and inspiring instruction, I cannot guarantee artistic results, business outcomes, or personal achievements. Your progress depends on your own practice, skill, and dedication.

7) Refunds

Because these classes open instantly and the materials become yours to explore right away, refunds are not offered. If something goes wrong with your purchase or access, please reach out — I’m always willing to help find a solution.

8) Platform Changes

Class access is dependent on the hosting platform. If the platform is updated, replaced, or discontinued, class availability may change or end. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible, but ongoing access cannot be guaranteed during platform transitions.

9) Questions or Concerns

If you have further questions, please reach out through the contact form. I’m always happy to help.
