Refund Policy
Refunds and replacements are only provided for damaged, defective or lost items.
Damaged or Defective Prints: Our printer is extremely careful to print and package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact. However, if the canvas should be damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with pictures and descriptions of the damage or defect. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Lost Orders: If your order seems to have been lost in transit, we are here to assist in tracking it down. If you provided the correct address and USPS lost it, than you'll receive a free reprint.
Choosing the Correct Size:
If you are unsure what size to choose, measure it out with a ruler on your wall to see how it fits. If you still feel unsure, request a FREE mockup to visualize the artwork in your space. Eris will be happy to assist.
Please Note:
These are flat prints on paper and canvas and do not include actual physical paint textures, shiny gold, silver, or metallic inks. Also, due to different monitor configurations, color representations on screens may vary slightly.
The canvas will be made of real canvas and the paper prints are on thick archival quality paper to last for a lifetime. See more about the materials used in the product description on in Eris's Etsy Shop.
